1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Stealth Launchpad ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Stealth Launchpad is

Stealth Launchpad is a marketing execution system providing step-by-step tasks, copy templates, AI-powered tools, and promotional tactics to help digital product creators gain visibility. It is an informational and productivity tool — results depend on your own effort, product quality, and market conditions.

3. Accounts and access

• Access is via magic link email authentication. You are responsible for the security of your email account.
• One account per email address. Each account is set up for one product at a time.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

4. Quantum Booster payment

• The Quantum Booster is a one-time payment of $67 USD processed via LemonSqueezy.
• This is a lifetime, non-recurring purchase. You will not be charged again.
• Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@stealthlaunchpad.com within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the content or system.
• Use AI tools or copy templates to produce spam, misleading claims, or illegal content.
• Share your account credentials or provide others access to your account.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or the terms of third-party platforms referenced in the curriculum.

6. Intellectual property

All content within Stealth Launchpad — including task copy, tactic descriptions, AI prompts, and the Swipe File Vault — is proprietary. You may use generated outputs for your own marketing. You may not reproduce or redistribute the system itself.

7. AI-generated content

AI features (Hook Generator, Page Grader, Competitor Intel, SEO Fix Kit, Advert Fountain Personaliser) use OpenAI's GPT-4o. Output is generated dynamically and may vary. We do not guarantee accuracy — always review AI output before publishing.

8. No guarantee of results

Stealth Launchpad provides tools and tactics. We do not guarantee specific traffic, revenue, or business outcomes. Results depend on your product, execution, and market factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stealth Launchpad is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith through direct communication with the operator at hello@stealthlaunchpad.com.
