1. Who we are
Stealth Launchpad ("we", "us", "our") is a marketing execution system for digital product creators, operated at stealthlaunchpad.com by Lourens Breytenbach. Contact: hello@stealthlaunchpad.com.
This policy is written in alignment with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applies to all users worldwide. We collect only what we need, use it only for stated purposes, and never sell your data.
2. What data we collect
Account data: your first name and email address, collected when you request a magic link login.
Product data: the product details you enter in the onboarding wizard (name, URL, tagline, description, price, audience). Stored to personalise your experience.
Usage data: which tasks you have completed, Advert Fountain state, SEO audit history, and other in-app progress. All stored per-account in our PostgreSQL database.
Payment data: LemonSqueezy handles all payment processing. We receive a confirmation of payment success only — no card details are stored on our servers.
Session data: a secure, server-side session cookie (30-day TTL) to keep you logged in.
Real User Monitoring: Core Web Vitals metrics (LCP, INP, CLS) — numeric performance data only, no personally identifiable information.
3. Lawful basis for processing
We process your personal data under the following lawful bases:
Contract performance: to provide the service you signed up for (account creation, login, progress tracking).
Legitimate interest: to improve the platform via anonymised usage analytics and to operate transactional email.
Consent: to subscribe you to our email marketing list via Kit.com. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.
4. How we use your data
To send you a magic link login email.
To personalise all copy templates, tasks, and AI tools with your product details.
To track your progress across sessions.
To improve the product via aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.
To subscribe you to the Stealth Launchpad email list via Kit.com (you can unsubscribe at any time).
5. Data sharing and processors
We do not sell your data. We share data only with the following processors necessary to operate the service:
Kit.com — email marketing subscriber management. Kit.com is the data processor for your email address and first name when you are subscribed to our list.
LemonSqueezy — payment processing. LemonSqueezy is the data processor for all payment transactions. We receive payment confirmation only; no card data is stored on our servers.
OpenAI — AI-powered features (Hook Generator, Page Grader, Competitor Intel, SEO Fix Kit, Advert Fountain Personaliser). Your product details are included in prompts sent to OpenAI's API.
6. Data retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion by emailing hello@stealthlaunchpad.com and we will remove your data within 14 days.
7. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Sessions are stored server-side in a PostgreSQL database with row-level isolation. Magic links expire after 15 minutes and are single-use. We do not store passwords.
8. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data. To exercise any of them, email hello@stealthlaunchpad.com:
Right of access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure: request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
Right to data portability: request your data in a machine-readable format.
Right to restriction: request that we limit how we process your data.
Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interest, including email marketing.
Right to withdraw consent: withdraw consent for email marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
9. Cookies
We use one session cookie to maintain your login state. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.
10. International transfers
Your data may be processed by our service providers in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with GDPR principles.
